Prices reviewed on 30 Sep 2026, in USD with monthly billing. Plausible shows its Business plan; it has cheaper plans with fewer features and a free trial. Fathom also offers a trial.

SiteOS Analytics is free, with monthly credits. GA4 Standard is free; BigQuery usage can add Google Cloud charges.

Google Analytics uses cookies when allowed; Advanced Consent Mode can send cookieless pings. SiteOS returning-visitor recognition and account linking are optional and need separate permission.

Plausible and Fathom import historical Google Analytics data and offer APIs rather than MCP servers. SiteOS connects to your GA4 property on an ongoing basis.

Google Analytics works alongside Google’s marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Tag Manager and Looker Studio.

SiteOS exports connected GA4 reports as CSV and returns native reports as aggregate JSON through the CLI; native raw events cannot be exported.

The email report and self-hosting rows were checked against each vendor’s official pages on 13 Oct 2026. GA4 emails scheduled reports only to users with access to the property. Fathom Lite, Fathom’s older open-source edition, receives bug fixes but no new features.
