Terms of Use

Last updated:

These Terms of Use govern SiteOS, including siteos.sh, app.siteos.sh, and our related services, APIs, and command-line tools. The service is provided by Prime UI, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By using SiteOS, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization; "you" then includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

SiteOS is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least the age of majority where you live and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Safeguard your account, sign-in links, API credentials, and connected provider access. You are responsible for activity carried out by people or systems you authorize. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Organization administrators manage memberships and permissions. Only invite people and connect resources you are authorized to manage.

The service and early access

SiteOS provides tools for operating websites, including monitoring, consent management, forms, search, integrations, and tracking diagnostics. Available functionality depends on the features and access enabled for your organization.

Early-access features may change, have usage limits, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. Descriptions of planned features do not promise delivery by a particular date or inclusion in a particular plan.

Review configurations and results before relying on them. Monitoring may not detect every failure; search results may be incomplete; tracking observations and consent tools do not by themselves establish legal compliance. Maintain appropriate backups and independent safeguards for your websites and business processes.

Authorized and acceptable use

You may use SiteOS, including supported APIs, CLI, and authorized automated agents, for legitimate purposes within your permissions and service limits. You must have the necessary rights to websites, content, credentials, and data you connect or submit.

You must not:

  • Use SiteOS unlawfully or infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
  • Monitor, test, index, or access systems without authorization from their owner.
  • Introduce malware, send spam, submit deceptive or abusive content, or interfere with other users or systems.
  • Bypass authentication, access controls, usage limits, or security measures.
  • Use another person's credentials without permission or expose secrets in public content.
  • Overload SiteOS or use it to attack, disrupt, or evade the protections of third-party services.

You are responsible for activity initiated through your integrations and agents. Permission to automate SiteOS does not grant permission to access or test another party's systems.

Your content and data

You retain your rights in content and data you provide or process through SiteOS, including project settings, tests, submissions, indexed content, and results relating to your projects.

You permit us to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that material as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, follow your authorized instructions, and meet legal obligations. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You are responsible for the legality of submitted material, the permissions needed to process it, and notices and consents required for your website visitors. Configure collection and retention to suit your obligations. Do not upload sensitive or regulated information unless you have established that SiteOS and the applicable processing arrangements meet your requirements.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data for our own purposes and in delivering customer services. It does not replace a data processing agreement where one is required. Contact us before use if your organization needs additional contractual terms for personal data processing.

Third-party services

Enabling a connection authorizes the access and data transfers necessary for the configured integration. Connected providers operate under their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining the required accounts and permissions and reviewing the data you send to them.

We do not control third-party availability, conduct, or product changes. Integrations may stop working if access is revoked or a provider changes its service.

Access, credits, and future paid plans

Early access may be free, limited, or subject to approval. Credits and usage allowances determine service capacity; they are not money and do not entitle you to a cash payment. Applicable limits and access conditions are shown in SiteOS or communicated when access is granted.

Free early-access usage does not create a retroactive payment obligation. If we introduce paid plans, we will present pricing and the applicable billing, renewal, and cancellation terms before you subscribe or authorize a charge. A separate order or subscription agreement may add terms for that purchase.

SiteOS intellectual property

We and our licensors retain the rights in SiteOS software, branding, documentation, and materials we provide. You may access and use the service for its intended purposes during your authorized access, subject to these terms.

Do not claim ownership of SiteOS, remove proprietary notices, or copy and redistribute our proprietary software or branding without permission. Separately distributed open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not limit rights given to you by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.

If you choose to provide suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve SiteOS without owing compensation. This permission does not grant ownership of your confidential customer content.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using SiteOS at any time. Contact help@primeui.com to request account closure or help with deletion.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, a security threat, or risk of harm to the service or others. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent risks and legal requirements may require immediate action.

We may discontinue an early-access feature or the service. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice so you can retrieve information you need. After access ends, we may remove customer content under the applicable retention arrangements and legal requirements. Keep your own copies of important information.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SiteOS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No service-level commitment applies unless expressly agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, Prime UI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of SiteOS. Our total aggregate liability relating to these terms or SiteOS will not exceed US $100.

These limits do not restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for fraud or obligations protected by mandatory law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain in effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory rights that apply to you, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Please contact help@primeui.com so we can try to resolve a dispute. This request does not limit your right to seek urgent relief or exercise rights under applicable law.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms as SiteOS evolves. The date above identifies the current version. We will notify you of material changes where required. Continuing to use SiteOS after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and any applicable separate agreement govern your use of SiteOS. A separate signed agreement prevails to the extent of a conflict on the subject it covers.
